Our Management Team
Kyla Hall: As our Vice President of Operations and Chief Executive Officer, Kyla is responsible for the overall management of all business aspects of our programs and financial reporting to the corporate office. She oversees the day to day operations and maintenance of all programs. She coordinates with the President and Vice President of Program Services to ensure Rose Meadow values are maintained throughout all aspects of programming and operations. Kyla has fifteen years experience in business management and a degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Heather Rousseau: As the Director of Program Administration, Heather is responsible for the management and implementation of healthcare facility rules, regulations, and standards developed by Rose Meadow management that governs the operation the programs. Heather ensures the programs maintain appropriate licensure as current and in good standing, and that programs are continuously inspection ready. Heather has been a member of the Rose Meadow team since 2005 and was a major contributor to the construction and design of the Garden. Heather was the Administrator at the Garden from 2007- 2015. She has a degree from the University of New Hampshire in communication and is certified by the American Academy for the Certification of Brain Injury Specialists (AACBIS).
Christine Dimmick: As our Vice President of Program Services and Director of Quality Assurance, Christine acts as a liaison between the corporate office and the 3 program sites to monitor key elements of the services provided. She ensures consistent practices across programs and acts as a resource to the Administrators for any resident or staff issues. She is constantly developing quality improvement training programs and oversees that the 3 programs are in compliance with state licensing agencies. Christine has an extensive background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), case management and program development and has a degree from Wheaton College in Psychology.
Nancy Quinn: As the Administrator of Rose Meadow Farm, Nancy ensures a safe environment for the residents and that qualified personnel are employed to provide the highest level of therapeutic care. She makes certain the Farm complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and that the Patient Bill of Rights is upheld at all times. She works with each resident’s family or guardian and funding agency to coordinate their Care Plan and monitors its compliance. She is actively involved in managing every aspect of resident care, case management, medical management and community involvement. Nancy has worn many hats at Rose Meadow. She was the Administrative Assistant at The Acres since they opened in 2015 and prior to that was an LNA at the Farm for 13 years.
Jamie Skinner: As the Administrator of Rose Meadow Acres, Jamie ensures a safe environment for the residents and that qualified personnel are employed to provide the highest level of therapeutic care. She makes certain the Acres complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and that the Patient Bill of Rights is upheld at all times. She works with each resident’s family or guardian and funding agency to coordinate their care plan and monitors its compliance. She is actively involved in managing every aspect of resident care, case management, medical management and community involvement. Jamie comes to us with years of experience in caring for others and more specifically the geriatric population in skilled nursing care, long-term care, assisted living and in Home Care. She has worked in the medical field for 18 years as and has a background in rehabilitation services and Social Services as well! She has an Associate’s Degree and will be completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology by end of 2019. Jamie resides in Concord, N.H. with her two children.
