Rose Meadow Farm

Rose Meadow Farm opened in 1995 and is home to 11 residents.  Converted from a farm house, this lovely country home is complete with a kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, a recreation room with pool table and large flat screen television.  It also includes a spacious and fully equipped endurance gym, four bathrooms, two whirlpool bathtubs, a roll-in handicapped shower and eleven private bedrooms.

The Farm also features spacious landscaped grounds and a large deck that overlooks the small barn which is home to our miniature horse Tuffy, chickens, and goats.  You will also find our house cats Duncan and Missy roaming around the house seeking attention from residents and staff.

Rose Meadow Farm has a dedicated staff with in-depth knowledge of each resident both medically and personally. This improves the level of care for our residents and fosters a family atmosphere.
